SUPPORT APARTMENTS PROGRAM Started in 1991 the Supportive Apartments program offers supportive services to individuals who wish to live in an apartment setting. With the assistance of a staff person individuals will receive help with daily living skills, socialization, recreation, and transportation services. Participants have individualized service plans, which are developed with the assistance of a service coordinator. The main focus is to assist the individual to live as independently as possible.
