Summary of Duties:

The Administrative Floater will provide clerical and administrative support on a rotating basis to the various offices within the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe.

Duties include the following:

  • Provide clerical duties for Tribal programs, which will include, but not limited to word-processing, sorting paperwork, distributing applications, paychecks, accounting, filing, and data entry
  • In the absence of the mail clerk, perform mail room procedures
  • In the absence of receptionist, perform receptionist procedures
  • Assist Executive Director Office manager with different job tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality a must
  • Promote a positive image of the Tribe
  • Exhibit a helpful and courteous manner when dealing with co-workers and community members
  • Other duties may be assigned

Education and/or Experience:

One-year certificate from college or technical school; and six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent experience and training.
