Tribal Election Board Announces Official Candidates

Election to Take Place on June 2, 2012
The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Election Board announces the roster of official candidates for the upcoming tribal election.
- Tribal Clerk: Corleen Jackson-Jacco, Clarissa Terrance-Chatland and Cecil Garrow.
- Tribal Sub-Chief: Stacy Skidders, Eric Thompson, Pam Brown and Sharon Thompson.
- Tribal Chief: Mark Garrow, Paul O. Thompson, Roger Thomas, Monica Jacobs and Gary Cole.
Absentee Ballots will be available from Wednesday, May 16, 2012 to Tuesday, May 29, 2012. Absentee ballots must be received by the election board by noon on Saturday, June 2, 2012. Individuals wishing to vote by absentee ballot or those who need to schedule in-home voting should contact the Tribal Clerk’s office. As a reminder, any person with questions regarding their voting eligibility can contact the Tribal Clerk’s office at 518-358-2272.
