Mission: To continue working closely with our community and tribal programs.

The functions of the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe Tribal Clerk's office are many but they are all in service for the community at large. The Clerk’s office is in charge of membership and related databases such as enrollment, land ownership, voters lists, record keeping and research among other aspects. It is the duty of the clerk’s staff to issue tribal identification cards to enrolled members, perform research in regards to enrollment eligibility or land ownership and chain of title, record minutes of meetings, issue official letters for tribal members, enter updated information into appropriate databases and file Tribal Council Resolutions for public access. These are several of the duties charged with the clerk’s office but certainly not all of the responsibilities that are performed on a daily basis.
