Tribe Opens Bid Process for Ice Cream Stand

The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Council announced today that they will be accepting bids for the ice cream stand and all associated equipment located in the front parking lot of the First Americans IGA store. The deadline for bid submission will be on Thursday May 3, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. (noon). The successful bid will be announced on Friday May 4, 2012 by close of business.
The successful bidder must relocate the ice cream stand and its equipment as soon as reasonably possible after winning the bid and making payment. Sealed bids must be submitted in person to Ann Bero, Tribal Council Executive Secretary, by the May 3, 2012 deadline. Interested individuals may contact Donnie Comins at 518-358-9098 during normal business hours. The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Payment must be made by certified check, post office money order or cash and must be received by close of business on Monday May 7, 2012.
