Second Public Meeting on 2016 Draft Annual Tribal Budget

No Written Comments and Concerns Submitted to Executive Director
AKWESASNE, NY – In accordance with the Tribal Procedures Act adopted by referendum on June 1, 2013; tribal members were provided a fifteen (15) day period to submit written comments and concerns about the 2016 Draft Annual Tribal Budget that was presented to the membership on Monday, Kenténhkó:wa/November 16, 2015. The deadline to submit written comments concluded at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Tsiothóhrha/December9, 2015.
A second Public meeting will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, Tsiothóhrha/December 10, 2015 in the Community Building lobby to announce no written comments or concerns were submitted about the Annual Tribal Budget. As a result, the 2016 Draft Annual Tribal Budget presented to the membership on November 16th shall be finalized and accepted for the upcoming fiscal year.
