Rehabilitation of Drum Street Road to Begin

Luck Brothers Inc., 73 Trade Road, Plattsburg, NY is the successful bidder and is awarded a contract for the Rehabilitation of Drum Street Road. This includes but is not limited to full depth pavement recycling, new granular sub base course for shoulders, asphalt pavement, and drainage and signage improvements beginning 200 feet easterly of the intersection of Snye Road and proceeds east, terminating at the intersection with County Road 43, a distance of approximately 12,200 feet (2.3 miles) for the estimated amount of $1,562,150.00. Construction work will commence August 22, 2013 which may encumber traffic along this route.
