AKWESASNE -- The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Council announced that a virtual meeting has been scheduled to discuss with membership the March 14th U.S. District Court Ruling on the 1796 Treaty Boundary. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, Enniskó:wa/March 30th beginning at 5:00 p.m. and will utilize the Zoom meeting platform.
The meeting link for tribal members to join and participate in the March 30th informational meeting is located on the Tribal Members Portal, which can be accessed on the Tribe’s website at www.srmt-nsn.gov. For any assistance that may be needed to access the portal, members are encouraged to contact the Tribe’s Communications Department at (518) 358-2272.
In addition to the March 30th Zoom meeting link, tribal members will also find a document containing Frequently Asked Questions and a link to the March 14th U.S. District Court Ruling.
Tribal members can pose questions during the March 30th virtual meeting, but questions or comments may also be sent in advance to meetings@srmt-nsn.gov.
The informational meeting will be recorded and made available on the Tribal Members Portal for the benefit of members who may be unable to attend on March 30th.
