Election and Referendum Ordinance Presentation

via ZOOM. The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe Election Board is presenting its draft of the updated Election and Referendum Ordinance. Some of the proposed changes include the creation of an Appeal Panel to hear appeals of Election Board decisions, a new process for write-in candidates and lengthening the election season by changing the date of Caucus.
