Emerald Ash Borer (EAB) Meeting

Hosted by the Environment Division in the 1st Floor Conference Room at Ionkwakiokwaróron. The meeting will overview the recent community wide ash survey and its results, provide information about the locations of EAB and their population, and Information about management options. There will also be discussion about the impacts of EAB on the forests and on black ash basketry as well as a Q & A session. All community members, especially basket makers and log harvesters are invited to attend. There will be some EAB displays and information as well as copies of the community EAB response plan.
