Mission: To foster rapport with tribal membership and ensure compliance of tribal regulations that provide a source of financial support to essential Tribal programs; which allows the SRMT and the community to work together for a better tomorrow.

The Compliance Department is responsible for the enforcement of Tribal laws and regulations as appointed by Tribal Council, either by a Tribal Ordinance or a Tribal Council Resolution; which are derived to protect the economic security, political integrity and general welfare of members of the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe. Tribal Council has delegated the responsibility and authority of the levying, collection and maintenance of all fees associated with licensing regulated business activity to the Compliance Department.
