Amended Animal Control Ordinance Hybrid Meeting Postponed

The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe’s Compliance Department has rescheduled the August 30th consultation meeting to discuss a final draft of the Amended Animal Control Ordinance. The meeting has been moved to observe the passing of Assistant Executive Director Gloria Herne. It will now take place on Wednesday, Seskehkó:wa/September 6th beginning at 5:00 p.m. for membership to attend in-person or to participate virtually. Community members will have a 30 days to review the ordinance and submit any comments. Copies of the final draft are available by contacting the Animal Control Program at (518)358-2273.
