Seasonal Road Weight Restrictions for Truckers and Shippers to Begin March 1

AKWESASNE – The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe reminds truckers and shippers of the Seasonal Road Weight Restrictions for vehicles begins March 1st through May 15th each year, per TCR 2019-31, as follows:
On Enniskó:wa/March 1st, the following seasonal weight restrictions will be imposed until Onerahtohkó:wa/May 15th of each year:
• i. six (6) tons for gross load for single axle vehicles;
• ii. ten (10) tons gross load for tandem axle vehicles (any two axles under 8 feet); and
• ii. a maximum gross load of 24 tons for multiple axles.
