Tribe’s EOC Reports One New COVID-19 Case: 42 Total Active

The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe’s Emergency Operations Center (EOC) is reporting one (1) new active COVID-19 case, making forty-two (42) total active cases under the Tribe’s jurisdiction. Two (2) of our relatives are out of quarantine, and fifty-five (55) of our family and friends remain in quarantine. Five (5) of our relatives remain hospitalized, recovering from severe symptoms. Please join us in supportive thoughts for all affected by the COVID-19 virus.

The next vaccination clinic will take place on Thursday, March 4th by appointment-only for enrolled tribal members (40-years old or more) living in Akwesasne’s southern portion or within the Tribe’s 15-mile radius in the United States. Those who have been diagnosed with diabetes are highly encouraged to call and schedule an appointment, as well as non-members who reside in an eligible person’s tribal household. To pre-register, please call (518) 333-0230. If you have received your first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, please remember to attend your follow up appointment for your second dose.
