Following the Tribal Procedures Act adopted by the community referendum on Ohiarí:ha/June 1, 2013, the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe continues to demonstrate financial accountability and transparency to tribal membership. Accountability measures include holding a public meeting each year to present a mid-year report on the approved Annual Tribal Budget’s revenues and expenditures through June 30th. This year’s meeting will be hybrid and take place in the First-Floor Conference Room.
Tribal members may attend the mid-year report presentation in person in the first-floor conference room at the Ionkwakiohkwaróron Tribal Administration Building, located at 71 Margaret Terrance Memorial Way in Akwesasne, New York. Individuals may also participate virtually using Zoom. To register to attend via zoom, please click the link: https://bit.ly/4duZljr
The 2024 Mid-Year Report will be distributed at the start of the meeting and will be available to view on the Tribal Members Portal after August 8th. Please note that the information provided on the portal is intended solely for tribal membership.
All tribal members are welcomed and encouraged to participate in the 2024 Mid-Year Report on the Approved Annual Tribal Budget and to pose budget versus actual-related questions.
