Broadband Announces Brief Outage

On Wednesday September 24 from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. the Broadband department will be performing network maintenance to accommodate the increased bandwidth requirements on the network.

Broadband will be running system tests and installing new equipment that will solve the issues residents are having with speeds, primarily during peak time around 8:30 pm to 9:30 p.m. This is the first step of the upgrade and will be the only service affecting time, all other upgrades will be non-service affecting. The Broadband department will have the network back to normal operating parameters by September 30, 2014.
