Annual Tribal Election to Take Place on June 6, 2015
AKWESASNE, NY – The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Election Board is unable to release the official list of candidates due to circumstances beyond their control.
The following days have been scheduled for Walk-In and In-Home voting.
Walk-In:
- Monday, June 1, 2015 from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, June 3, 2015 from 6:00 – 9:00p.m.
In-Home:
- Friday, June 5, 2015 for any home bound eligible voter. Eligible voters requiring this service can contact the Election Board at 518–358–2272.
Absentee Ballots will become available once nominees have met all required candidate criteria and the Election Board certifies them as an official candidate.
To verify your eligibility, request an absentee ballot, or questions / concerns regarding the eligible voter’s list contact the Tribal Clerk’s Office at 518-358-2272.
