Community Comments Being Accepted Until October 13th

Akwesasne, NY – The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe’s Child Support Enforcement Unit has made a recommendation to the Tribal Council to amend the Family Support Act, which was adopted on Kentenhko:wa/November 5, 2013 by Tribal Council Resolution #2013-57. It has recommended that certain amendments be made to the Family Support Act to ensure the basic health and financial needs of Mohawk children are met in a timely and efficient manner when parents no longer live together.
