State of Emergency Travel Protocol

AKWESASNE – Due to mounting concern from community members regarding vacations and unnecessary travel, individuals must take after-travel precautions. Please refer to the U.S. Center for Disease Control’s website for after-travel guidance at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/travelers/index.html

Any individual, who does not exercise caution and travels, needs to self-isolate for 14 days at home. They must remain at home and avoid visiting or any further travel.

If you traveled and begin showing symptoms, please call SRMT Community Outreach at (518) 358-3141 Ext. 7130 for remote screening. DO NOT VISIT THE MEDICAL CLINIC. CALL FIRST.
