Tribe’s EOC Continues to Report Zero COVID-19 Cases

Jun 14, 2021

AKWESASNE — The Akwesasne community is doing a great job following protective measures, such as mask wearing in all public places, as the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe’s Emergency Operations Center reported no new cases, no active cases, and nobody in quarantine under the Tribe’s jurisdiction today. We extend appreciation to everyone who is doing their part to keep us all safe, including those who got vaccinated to protect themselves, their families, and other community members. Niawen/Thank you.

Community members who received their COVID-19 vaccination away from Akwesasne are asked to call the Tribe’s Outreach Program at (518) 358-3141 to have it documented with Health Services. Documenting vaccinations locally is an important way to help track and build community immunity.
