Individuals ages 16 and 17-years old are asked to schedule an appointment to receive the Pfizer vaccine by calling (518) 333-0230. Please leave your name, brief message, and a good telephone number for a health worker to contact you when more Pfizer doses become available. Please help prevent any doses from being wasted by ensuring that you attend your vaccination appointment.

Non-native spouses of Tribal Members and Akwesasne employees who reside in Canada are also eligible to receive a vaccination by appointment only. Canadian residents need to call Katrina Jacobs, Office of Emergency Management and Safety, at (518) 358-2272 extension 2210 for border crossing requirements.

Please get vaccinated and help those who cannot receive the vaccine, such as young children and those with immunocompromised conditions. Being vaccinated protects yourself, them, and helps us get one step closer to having community immunity and returning to normal. We’re still all in this together.
