Community Notice - Wuershing Property Community Access to Grubbed Materials

The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe’s Home Improvement program is notifying the Community that Phase II Clearing and Grubbing work will be taking place at the former Wuershing Property, across from Cook Road and Truck Stop #9. During that time, any removed trees, stumps, earth fill, rocks, etc. that have been identified as useful for firewood, milling, and other uses shall be stockpiled and made available for the Community to access and pick up after the Phase II work has been completed. Once the work is completed, an access/pickup schedule will be identified and announced. We ask that Community members be patient and wait to access the stockpile until after an access/pickup schedule is announced in the upcoming weeks.
