Environmental Assessment Comment Period Notification - First Americans 3

AKWESASNE — The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe’s Environment Division is notifying community members that a 30-day Public Comment Period is being provided for an environmental assessment. The First Americans 3 project, is a proposed outdoor cannabis cultivation site. The proposed site is located on Tarbell Road, near the Ransom farm hay field. The submitted environmental assessment is available to view under “Publications” on the Tribe’s website at www.srmt-nsn.gov. A copy can also be requested by contacting Jessica Raspitha, SRMT Land Resources Program Manager at (518) 358-5937.
The deadline to submit written comments is Thursday, June 30th and can be sent to:
