How to apply for a COVaxOn QR Code Outside of Ontario

Feb 10, 2022

AKWESASNE -- Individuals who enter a business or public place in Ontario are required to provide proof of vaccination prior to entering. To facilitate the screening process, the COVaxOn Vaccination Management System was implemented to record COVID-19 vaccinations, as printed vaccination cards are no longer accepted without a QR code.

For Akwesasne residents who received a vaccination from Saint Regis Mohawk Health Services, the following steps are provided to register a COVID-19 vaccination received outside of Ontario. Following registration with the COVaxOn Vaccination Management System, which may take several days for your information to be processed, you will be able to access the COVaxOn QR code to return to your favorite restaurant, movie theater, sporting event, or other venue.
