The proposed change seeks to become the second amendment to the Adult Use Cannabis Ordinance, which was adopted by Tribal Council Resolution 2021-33 to establish rules and regulations governing the commercial use and activity of cannabis. The second amendment proposes to license consumption lounges. A copy of the proposed amendment is available for membership to view on the Tribal Members Portal that can be accessed from the Tribe’s website. Tribal members can submit written comments for the proposed amendment until the 30-day period ends on Friday, Tsiothohrkó:wa/January 20, 2023.
