Join the Let’s Get Healthy Program and the SRMT Health Services at the Diabetes Center for Excellence. This is your one-stop Diabetes Health Care Clinic. Meet with your diabetes health care team, get a blood sugar screening and get your blood pressure and feet checked. Come and check out the Move for Health and Fitness Room, sample healthy snacks and speak with our registered dietitian. You can also bring in your medications and meet with Pharmacy staff and receive information about Health Services programs. We hope you can join us for this beneficial and healthy day!
