Are you interested in healthier soil and more sustainable ways to manage your land and water? Join the Agriculture Program for a Soil and Water Management Workshop on February 12th, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., at the Community Services Building, Room 103.
Learn practical tips for building soil health and growing a more prosperous garden. Plus, hear a special presentation from the SRMT Remediation and Restoration (R&R) Program on PCB contamination.
What you will learn:
- Water management techniques for drought & flooding
- Information on PCB contamination
- Effective garden planning that includes cover cropping, composting, irrigation, and crop rotations
