AKWESASNE, NY – (Ohiarihkó:wa/July 10, 2026) The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe’s Cannabis Control Office is notifying the community of the results of testing conducted in accordance with our Adult Use Cannabis Ordinance for cannabis product testing. Of the 28 samples tested, 23 products have PASSED all limits set forth for contaminants. Five cannabis products tested positive in one or more categories of contaminants.
We are pleased with all the businesses who participated in the testing during this round and applaud their commitment to the safety of the community. They are as follows:

We have worked with the specific businesses to ensure contaminated products are removed from the shelves and unavailable to be sold or consumed.
Many of these products can be found in several of Akwesasne’s cannabis businesses, therefore, it is advised that the public be responsible and shop with care when choosing products from businesses that do not participate in licensed laboratory testing.
