AKWESASNE – (Enniskó:wa / March 27, 2026) The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe’s Environment Division is notifying community members that a 30-day Public Comment Period is being provided for Partridge House In-House Addiction Treatment Facility (EA 2026-02) at 85 Blair Road, Bombay, NY. Construction is expected to begin May 2026, with completion expected September 2027.
The project includes construction of a new 15,000-square-foot single-story residential treatment building with capacity to serve 16 to 30 clients and staff. The new construction will provide cooking, dining, treatment, and ceremony space for patients. Development will also include a parking garage, basketball court, playground, retention ponds, and associated utilities.
