The SRMT Solid Waste Program reminds community members that Spring Cleanup Vouchers are available for pick-up at the Transfer Station starting March 20th.
Please Note: Vouchers will NOT be mailed this year. You must pick them up in person and present a Tribal ID or Driver’s License.
Program Dates: April 1 – May 30
Each voucher is valid for one pickup truck–size load.
Eligibility Requirements: To qualify, community members must:
- Tribal Member must be enrolled in the Fuel Assistance Program
- Reside in zip codes: 13655, 12937, 12914, or 13683
Accepted Materials:
- Bulky items
- Old furniture
- Mattresses
- Non-metal appliances
- Clothing
NOT Accepted:
- Items containing or leaking fluids
- Radioactive materials
- Paints, thinners, cleaning products
- Household garbage
- Construction debris
- Hazardous waste (pesticides, stains, pool acid)
- Auto parts
- Tires
- Dead animals
Bringing prohibited items will result in denial of service and loss of your voucher.
