The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe's LIHEAP Program announces that the 2026-2027 Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) Model Plan is being processed for the new program year. The present Model Plan is available now for comments. The LIHEAP Model Plan details how funding for the home energy assistance monies will be allocated during the coming fiscal year to assist eligible low-income households with heating and cooling costs and bill payment assistance (crisis assistance).
