SRMT Welcomes Jessica Cree Jock as New Education Director

AKWESASNE – (Enniskó:wa/March 27, 2026) The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe is pleased to announce Jessica Cree Jock has been selected as the SRMT Education Director. Jessica previously served as the Executive Director of the Akwesasne Boys & Girls Club (ABGC) and has dedicated more than 18 years to serving Akwesasró:non youth.
 

Jessica is a Tribal member (Wolf Clan) and resides on the Akwesasne Mohawk Reservation with her husband and three children. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Employment Law from SUNY Potsdam and has completed executive leadership programs through institutions such as Stanford University and Linkage. Jessica dedicated 11 years to the SRMT across several leadership and program management roles that laid the foundation for her work in youth development and organizational leadership.
 

Since 2011, Jessica served as the Executive Director of the ABGC transforming the organization into a thriving, multi-site operation. Under her leadership, the Club’s operating budget increased from $550,000 to more than $3.8 million. She has also played a key role in securing approximately $6 million toward the Club’s ongoing capital project, bringing total project funding to $10 million.
 

With approval from Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA), she successfully expanded the ABGC’s impact in Akwesasne with the addition of three clubhouses on the Canadian portion of the territory, making ABGC the first and only international club. Jessica also proudly served on the BGCA Native Services National Advisory Council and on the Presidential Advisory Committee led by BGCA President and CEO James Clark. She was also honored with the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development’s “40 Under 40” Emerging Leaders Award in 2016.
