The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe Water Treatment team is asking all community members to conserve water immediately due to the ongoing drought.
Please:
- Turn off all sprinklers and hoses for the next couple of days.
- This will allow our treatment plant to catch up on water production and keep our storage tank at a safe level.
The plant has been running near maximum capacity for the past week and has been unable to meet current demand. If you or a neighbor are using a sprinkler to water the lawn, kindly turn off or remind them to conserve.

If you’re at work and unable to turn off your hose, call the Planning & Infrastructure Office at 518-358-4205. Provide your address, and an associate can assist.
