Community Dog Walk for Mental Health & Wellness

Dog Mental Health Walk

Walk, Wag, and Support Mental Wellness!

Celebrate Suicide Prevention Month with us on September 9th at the Kahrhaká:ion Nature Trail for a fun and meaningful Community Walk!

Dogs provide companionship, comfort during tough times, and help us stay active. They remind us to enjoy nature's healing benefits, which can significantly improve our mental health. Join us for a refreshing walk with your dog as we celebrate the positive impact of nature and our furry friends on well-being, connect with others, and support mental health awareness.

Together, we'll celebrate the positive impact of both the outdoors and our canine companions on mental health and overall well-being.

  • Date: September 9th
  • Time: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
  • Location: Kahrhaká:ion Nature Trail

For everyone's safety, all dogs must remain on a leash at all times.

First 15 participants receive a goody bag! All attendees will be entered to win a $50 ALDI Gift Card!

Join us as we raise awareness, enjoy nature, and celebrate the powerful connection between mental health and our canine companions.
