The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe has taken steps to legalize adult use (recreational) marijuana under the Tribe’s jurisdiction. A draft ordinance has been developed and will be presented at three public meetings for tribal members to provide input and feedback on April 22nd, April 29th, and May 6th at 5:00 p.m. The ZOOM meeting links to participate in the virtual meetings will be available on the Tribal Members Portal located on the Tribe’s website at www.srmt-nsn.gov.
