The review will be a virtual discussion utilizing ZOOM, with the meeting link for membership to participate available on the Tribal Members Portal at www.srmt-nsn.gov.
A 30-day comment period was provided for members to submit their written comments by 5:00 p.m. on February 4th, which will conclude with a virtual review of the draft regulations. A copy of the Draft Hemp Production Regulations continues to be available for membership to view on the Tribal Members Portal. The draft regulations are also available upon request from the Tribal Clerk’s Office, Office of the General Counsel or the main reception desk at the Ionkwakiohkwaronon Tribal Administration Building.
