Kim Lawrence brings over 26 years of experience in public service, case adjudication, and supporting individuals through complex and challenging circumstances.
 

Before joining the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe Family Treatment Court, Kim served as an Adjudications Officer with the Humanitarian Division of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), where she worked with victims of violent crime, human trafficking, and domestic violence. Throughout her career, she has approached every case with compassion, integrity, and a commitment to helping others navigate difficult situations with dignity and hope.
 

As the Family Treatment Court Case Manager, Kim provides supportive guidance and case management to participants as they work toward recovery, family stability, and lasting positive change. She is dedicated to fostering trust, encouraging resilience, and helping families access the resources they need to succeed.
 

Kim has a longstanding connection to Akwesasne and is honored to serve the community with deep respect for Mohawk culture, traditions, and values.
