Medical Clinic
The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe Medical Clinic provides comprehensive, patient-centered primary health care to the Akwesasne community. Our clinic is committed to supporting wellness across the lifespan by honoring the balance of body, mind, and spirit in harmony with our environment.
We offer accessible, culturally respectful medical services delivered by a multidisciplinary team that may include physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and allied health professionals. Care focuses on prevention, early intervention, and ongoing management of health conditions in a coordinated and compassionate setting.

Our team works closely with other SRMT Health Services programs to ensure continuity of care and to address the physical, emotional, and social factors that influence health. We strive to create a safe, respectful environment where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered in their care.

Saturday walk-in clinic 8:00 am to 11:30 am
