Pursuant to the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe Election and Referendum Ordinance Section XI(D), the Saint

Regis Mohawk Tribal Election Board has certified the official list of candidates following the Tribal

Caucus that was held on Saturday, April 20, 2024. The official roster of candidates for the June 1, 2024

Tribal Election are (in no particular order):

Rosebud Cook

Tribal Sub-Chief

Benjamin Herne

Tribal Chief

Ronald LaFrance Jr.

Donald Thompson Jr.

Early Voting will take place on Wednesday, May 29, 2024 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Thursday, May

30, 2024 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Ionkwakiohkwaró:ron Tribal Administration Building.

In-Home Voting will be on Friday, May 31, 2024, please contact the Tribal Clerk’s office at (518) 358-2272.

Absentee ballots can be requested by contacting the Tribal Clerk’s Office at (518) 358-2272, as well as for any

questions or concerns regarding the eligible voters list.

The Tribal Election will be held on June 1, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Ionkwakiohkwaró:ron.
